Yoga returns to the City of London’s Sky Garden

Morning yoga classes at London’s famous Sky Garden are returning for summer, thanks to the TruBe team.

From 8.30am-9.30am every Saturday and Sunday from 24 July, Sky Garden’s much-loved Morning Yoga classes are back, so channel your inner WarriorsCobras and Downward Dogs and get ready to welcome the weekend 36 storeys above the City of London.

Set amongst Sky Garden’s luscious tropical greenery, take to the mat in the idyllic City Garden Bar for a one-hour dynamic, vinyasa flow class, suitable for all levels and abilities. You don’t have to be a pro to enjoy these.

With a focus on the breath, the TruBe instructor will guide you through a range of flowing postures designed to make you feel energised and rejuvenated, transporting your body and mind to a place of strength.

We all need some calm these days. And to get out of the house. Please, for the love of god, no more workouts in the living room. This is the perfect excuse to get out on a weekend, and explore the City of London when it isn’t full of workers.

You can either refuel after your class with a pastry and coffee at Sky Pod Bar or enjoy a leisurely morning and explore the beautifully landscaped gardens, followed by breakfast in Darwin Brasserie, with its panoramic views over London.

Or you can run away from the Sky Garden and hit up all the best brunch spots dotted about the City of London. It depends just how hard you worked – and what kind of treats you’ve earned.
