ICE London 2024 is fast approaching. From the 6th to the 8th of February, some of the biggest names in the gaming industry will be coming to the UK to share their knowledge and expertise in what is one of the sector’s most important B2B networking events. Simply put, this is one of the most significant exhibitions for product and solution innovations in the gaming calendar.

Excited? So are we. Here’s what we know so far about ICE London.

There truly is something for everyone at ICE London, with some of the main sectors being represented including casinos, eSports, and sports betting. Many of the UK casinos not on Gamstop will have a presence at the convention, showcasing their latest technology and games. This marks an amazing opportunity to understand more about how the industry works, and at a crucial time, in which non-Gamstop casinos are getting more popular in Britain.

Some of the latest trends in casino gaming, such as artificial intelligence, virtual and augmented reality, and immersive experiences, will be the focal points at ICE. Visitors could stand to gain a lot and even accelerate their own casino business by attending.

For those eager to learn more about casino gaming, the International Casino Conference (ICC) is taking place just a day before ICE begins, at the ICC Capital Suite at ExCel London. It will bring together industry figureheads from all over the world to discuss and problem-solve many facets of the land-based casino world.

As well as casino game operators and developers, some of the leading figures from the eSports sector will also be front and centre at ICE London. Up until recently, there hasn’t been much attention on eSports, but it seems like 2024 will be the year that the industry breaks into the mainstream. Attendees can visit either the ICE Esports Arena, the main purpose of which is tospectate on the sport, or the Esports Betting Conference, which is more of an educational forum.

Some of the talks taking place that most caught our eye include how to engage Gen Z in sports betting, and insights into eSports fans across the Americas. If you want to get in on what is predicted to be the next big thing in gaming and gambling, then getting a pass to ICE this year is a must.

Over on the ICE show floor, visitors can use their business brains and network with experts in the sports betting technology sector. In the UK, but also across the world, gambling on sports events is hugely popular, especially as digital wagering begins to outshine retail sportsbooks.

ICE London are hosting thought leaders throughout the expo who will be sharing their thoughts on all things sports betting – from risk management to compliance to the benefits of blockchain.
