Mkatz is the ultimate ‘Drop Set’ strength workout designed to get the heart racing in a gruelling 45-minute session. A completely different kind of fitness test, this is perfect for those looking to build quality lean muscle mass. Combining 3 sets of exercises with reduced timings in each set, you will be pushed through your paces to increase your weights and reps at each station and get results like never before.

Third Space
