The Tottori Bourbon Barrel (43%)
A blend of Japanese whiskies rested in ex-bourbon American casks for 3 years and bottled non chill-filtered with natural spring water. Gold in appearance with grain and smoke nuances on the nose. On the palate it’s soft with a hint of vanilla and caramel. The finish is soft and lingering.
Toku Saké
Toku Saké a super premium Junmai Daiginjo saké from Hokkaido, Japan’s coldest prefecture, has launched into the UK. Brewed in Asahikawa, the coldest city in the Hokkaido region in Japan, Toku is madeusing time-honoured techniques developed over 120 years by one of the territory’s oldest breweries.
