To celebrate the arrival of spring in the UK, chef Danny Jack has launched a brand-new menu box using only the very best local, seasonal and organic produce.

Sourcing ingredients from renowned suppliers Natoora, Shrub provisions and Belazu, Danny has created a nutritious and balanced 5-course menu that pays homage to spring vegetables and features some foraged items for a luxurious meal at home.

The menu is 100% plant based and Danny has selected ingredients from some of his favourite farms and Fairtrade suppliers who are pushing the envelope in terms of growing and supplying food that looks after the planet.

He whole heartedly believes in the sustainability movement, and this had permeated into the food he created. This can even be seen in the packaging.

The meal kit arrives in food packaging that is 100% compostable, including use of a fully biodegradable eco vacuum pouch from The Vacuum Pouch Company that breaks down into biomass, carbon dioxide and water.

Just about every other kit we have tried out is full of single-use plastics. This packaging makes us feel so much better about ordering food online.

Danny says, “This menu box is a celebration of all things spring! The 5-course menu is full of tender spring vegetables, foraged ingredients and an indulgent chocolate fondant that travels well and asks you to do just a little bit of cooking where you might even learn something!”

Each dish has been lovingly cooked by Danny and his team, so all you need to do is finish, plate up and enjoy! Food kits are just about everywhere these days, but few are as responsibly made as this one from Danny Jack.
