ADRIATICO Bianco Amaretto Easter Cocktail

  • 50 ml ADRIATICO Bianco Amaretto
  • 4 Drops Chocolate Bitter
  • 15 ml Maple Syrup
  • 20ml Lime Juice
  • Cocktail Foamer
  • Chocolate Bar

To decorate your glass: put some pieces of your favourite chocolate bar in a cup to melt in a bain-marie, if needed add a spoonful of coconut butter. Use the melted chocolate to rim your coupette and leave it to cool in the fridge.

Put all your ingredients in a shaker and shake them vigorously, first without ice (dry shaking) to make a fluffy foam. Shake again with some ice cubes. Strain over your decorated coupette.

Ingredients

  • 2 Basil leaves
  • 90ml Soda water
  • 60ml Cointreau l’Unique
  • 30ml Fresh lime juice
  • 1 Strawberry hulled and quartered

Method

Muddle the strawberry and basil in the bottom of a glass. Add Cointreau and fresh lime juice with ice and top with soda water. Stir briefly. Garnish with a strawberry and basil leaf.

  • 25ml Lemon Syrup
  • 12.5ml Lemon Juice
  • 12.5ml Sugar Syrup
  • 75ml Soy Milk
  • 3 drops Vegan Foamer
  • Dark Chocolate

Combine all ingredients with ice and shake, then fine strain into a chocolate rimmed coupe

  • ¼ shot of Irish cream
  • ½ shot of coffee liqueur
  • ¼ shot of METAXA 12 Stars

Method

Combine the coffee liqueur and METAXA 12 Stars in a shot glass. Float the Irish cream on top.

Ingredients

  • 30ml METAXA 12 Stars
  • 30ml Campari
  • 30ml Sweet Vermouth
  • Garnish: Grapefruit zest

Method

Stir all the ingredients with ice. Add a big piece of ice to a lowball glass and pour the cocktail mix in. Garnish with grapefruit zest.

  • 50ml Amarula Cream Liqueur
  • 300g milk chocolate
  • 100g crumbled biscuits
  • 100g ground almonds
  • 1sachet vanilla sugar
  • 2tsp icing sugar
  • 50g cream cheese
  • 50g butter
  • Cocoa and brittle for rolling

Method

Melt the milk chocolate in a bain-marie and then leave to cool. Put the butter, cream cheese, vanilla sugar and icing sugar in a bowl and mix together. Add the Amarula Cream Liqueur, almonds, crumbled biscuits and the cooled chocolate and mix well. Place the finished mixture in the fridge for about an hour. Next form small balls from the mixture and roll them in the cocoa or brittle. Finally, place the finished chocolates in the fridge for an hour and enjoy.
