Guildhall is set to be transformed into the ultimate Christmas shopping experience on 25 & 26 November.
Visitors to the Guildhall Christmas Market can shop at over 100 stalls selling handmade, unique and exclusive gifts. Get a cookery book signed by William Sitwell, listen to guest speakers sharing their tips for wellness or see designers showcasing their clothes on the Catwalk of Kindness.
On Tuesday you can even treat yourself to a Festive Luncheon or Champagne Afternoon Tea. With both served in the medieval crypt, you will feel truly spoilt as you treat yourself to food served by Clink Events.
And if you fancy something a little lighter then visit the Café in the Crypt or one of the food stalls in the Guildhall Yard Tuesday 26 November while listening to carols performed by singers from The London Chorus over lunch time.
This year, there is also the Kindness Wardrobe where designer brands meet sustainable fashion! Whatever items you’re looking for this festive season you’ll find it at their Kindness Wardrobe.
It is a treasure trove of vintage, sustainable and ethical fashion, where every purchase will help change someone’s world. Hunt for hidden gems ranging from designer garments to vintage jackets to high-street party dresses – in 2017 someone was even spotted trying on a wedding dress! See what you can get your hands on!
Don’t forget to check out their auctions! too On Monday at 8pm in the Art Gallery they’ll also have a live auction with a Spitfire flight, a visit to William Sitwell’s Supper Club, and a year of wine on offer.
Or you can muse over their silent auction. Prizes include holidays, tickets to the Royal Opera House, a box at Ascot, and sumptuous dinners in top restaurants. All proceeds go towards the life-saving work of the British Red Cross in the UK and overseas.
