Mrs Fogg's

Broadgate Circle is one of our favourite places in the City during the summer months. They have it all – a great selection of gyms, bars and restaurants. Whether you’re looking to have a drink after work with your colleagues or catch up with an old friend over some tasty food, then Broadgate Circle is the place to go. We’ve narrowed down a few of the best spots that will provide for an evening or day of enjoyment.

Mrs Fogg’s

Situated on the ground floor of Broadgate Circle, Mrs Fogg’s is a nautical-themed cocktail bar for the adventurous, featuring a large outdoor seating area, spectacular cocktails and gin-packed adventures. Inspired by Foggs’ wife, Aouda and the Victoria steamship that they travelled from India to London on, the quirky bar is perfect for walk-ins, and bookings. Its menu features an extensive selection of beers, wines, punches and cocktails, all alongside an all-day food menu.

Next to the bar sits the beautiful Rangoon Steamer – a steamship serving exquisite cocktails. Below Deck, you’ll find the Engine room and Distillery, where the ship’s crew host expert gin tastings, masterclasses, and events.

Grind

Located just outside Liverpool Street Station, Cult London coffee and restaurant brand, Grind has a three thousand square foot location that brings Grind’s all-day offer of coffee, food and cocktails to Broadgate Circle. The restaurant and cocktail bar offers a dedicated grab-and-go café for takeaway, alongside its all-day dining menu.

The coffee comes directly from the Grind roastery, based right here in London, and the cocktail menu features classic and seasonal tipples, headed up by the infamous Grind Espresso Martini.

Yauatcha

This high-end dim sum paradise has the best location within Broadgate Circle. It wraps around about a third of the public space, with large terraces on both sides. Sit out here on a hot summer’s day, nibbling on delicately crafted dumplings and meat filled bao buns. Add a few cheeky Asian-inspired cocktails to the experience and you’re sorted.

And, when the rain and cold inevitably return, you can still sit outside under the heaters and umbrellas opting for some heartier food and drinks. This is one of our favourite restaurants in the City of London –their terrace is simply the cherry on top.
