Fancy a beer? Well, there is no better place to find a perfect pint this summer than the annual Beerfest at the historic Guildhall Yard.

With the promise of a hot summer looming, the idea of taking the afternoon to enjoy a cool pint seems like a good idea. The annual Beerfest is run by the City of London Corporation and they have teamed up with 35 of the UK’s best beer names from 11 top brewers to make this exciting extravaganza.

But it’s not just beer, alongside the New Orleans brass band Unswung Heroes, there is also a tantalising selection of global cuisine including Greek and Indian street food with Halal, vegetarian and vegans options offered. This exciting afternoon is taking place on 6 July from 12:30pm to 9pm.

Tickets are on sale now with the Individual Addition Token for entrance and one half-pint going for £3.50 and the Entry Package for entrance and four half-pint beer tokens and one limited edition City Beerfest glass costing £18. Be sure to book online and get a 10 per cent discount on all tickets. On top of all that feel good as every beer bought will help fund a good cause, with the funds from the event going towards the Lord Mayor’s Appeal.
