Created using the freshest and most sustainable produce available from brilliant British suppliers, it’s designed especially to bring some beaming rays of Mexican sunshine to summertime in the UK.
It’s a nutritious, versatile staple of Mexican dining, and Wahaca is celebrating the culinary credentials of the cactus with its new Griddled Cactus & Courgette Tacos (£6.95). Roast courgettes and griddled cactus are tossed with fresh lime, a hint of chilli and topped with fresh cheese and crispy corn strips. These new tacos are tangy, tasty and succulent in every way.
And last but certainly not least, Wahaca’s new Sunshine Bowls (from £13.50) are fresh, fabulous and packed with summer goodness.
