Chef Patron Rafael Cagali and General Manager Charlie Lee are delighted to announce that the two-star Michelin restaurant ‘Da Terra’ reopened last month, located in the historic Town Hall Hotel in Bethnal Green, East London.
Following a four-week refurbishment, the restaurant boasts a new room layout and extended kitchen, as well as behind-the-scenes upgrades.

General Manager Charlie Lee says “We’ve been open for almost six years, and it was time to reimagine our hospitality. Rafael and I have always wanted to elevate our guests’ experience, so we have changed the layout, making a few tweaks to the flow and feel of the room.”
Entering a newly designed entrance, customers are welcomed to a dedicated restaurant lounge to enjoy the first part of Da Terra’s menu. Drinks and a series of small snacks are served in preparation for the meal ahead. The journey then continues in the 28-seat main dining room, with creatively refined dishes and a celebration of Chef Patron Rafael’s global upbringing and championing for the finest produce.
