We launched our first site Brixton in lockdown and we quickly build up our reputation through word of mouth.

We have been dedicated to the cause from day one.

Every decision we make is based on ideals we originally set out for Sushi Revolution and we do not deviate.

We check what we are doing regularly to ensure we are doing what we said we’d do and keep up quality control.

We have set out our Vision and Values and train our staff and make sure they live them in the restaurant.

We have 100% focus on our guests and we ensuring the team has the easiest job possible so their sole focus is guests not “office” work. It’s important to invest in people and systems so the guests get the best attention possible.

Our manifesto is to serve great food at reasonable prices and offer great service.

Consistency of food and service is paramount. It should always be the same no matter when or where you are enjoying our food.

It’s important to us that we make people feel welcome at all times, smile say hello and goodbye, very simple but often this is missed in restaurants.

We watch all costs as a whole, not as individual metrics, to ensure there is balance in the business and the guests receive the best price possible and experience.

We aim to serve great food and drinks, quickly, in a great venue, with great service at a great price!

Not always easy but hopefully, if we can do that our guests will keep coming back.
