The Escape Arcade
This unforgettable and unique attraction in Holborn with a focus on competitive socialising. It consists of 30 distinct micro-challenges, which combine the immersive visuals of escape rooms with the replayability and variety of an arcade.
Founded by renowned escape room company, Enigma Quests, the Escape Arcade is set in a sinister underground laboratory. Each door transports players to mysterious rooms from recognisable real-world places to fantastical realms. All will be set within a range of original environments including a speeding train, a spooky forest, a retro dance floor and many more.
The venue, located on Fetter Ln, is packed with stimulating mini-games that test physical and mental skills, creativity and teamwork. Participants can play, and replay, as many games as they can within an hour. There are leaderboards across each game letting people compete with their friends, family, colleagues, or the public.
Games aside, the Escape Arcade comes equipped with a generous themed bar which will serve drinks including bespoke cocktails and bar snacks. For larger groups there will be the option to order food in from local eateries.

This City spot has recently opened their new VIP experience which is perfect for competitive socialising called The Hide. An ultra-premium, exclusive event space in the City designed for 15- 30 guests seeking an elevated shooting experience in a luxurious, private setting. Perfect for small to medium-sized groups, The Hide offers a secluded and chic ambience that will turn any gathering into an unforgettable evening, with an element of competition. Packages start from £58 per person for 90 minutes and go to £80 per person for 2 hours and include unlimited gameplay, The Hide menus and flowing self-service drinks/cocktails. Flowing self-service drinks include a range of beer, wines and spirits as well as two delicious cocktails: Clays Burst (Beefeater pink gin, lemon, cranberry & raspberry tea syrups) and Jack’s Orchard (Jack Daniel’s apple whiskey, apple juice, lemon, vanilla syrup, toffee essence) made using a unique clarification technique.
Electric Shuffle
Located at Canary Wharf and London Bridge, Electric Shuffle promises a one-of-a-kind experience. This must-visit spot ticks all the boxes of a swanky bar, with the bonus of a high-tech, immersive, and addictive version of shuffleboard.
With its gorgeous cocktails, small plates and pizza paddles, photo-worthy backdrops, DJ sets and shuffleboard as it’s never been seen before, Electric Shuffle is the place to head to for an unforgettable experience with friends. Electric Shuffle’s supercharged version of the classic game can accommodate up to 16 people at a shuffle table and has four immersive and fast-paced games to choose from.
Games include Eclipse, which sees players aiming to slide and land their puck on (or as close as possible) the target between the middle two zones of the board and Amplifier, which challenges players to land their puck in the zones at the far end of the table to get the highest score.
