Caorunn Gin 70cl | 41.8% ABV
Since 2009, Caorunn Gin (pronounced ‘ka-roon’) has been handcrafted in small batches at Balmenach Distillery in the Scottish Highlands in the world’s only working Copper Berry Chamber. A unique blend of handpicked Celtic botanicals (including rowan berries, heather and dandelion, foraged within a 10-minute walk from the distillery) are combined with classic gin botanicals like Juniper, Coriander Seed and lemon peel. The copper reacts with the fragrances of Caorunn’s botanicals and its slow distillation means the Copper Berry Chamber can take its time to create a perfectly balanced, well rounded and delicious gin.
